All sales are final, however we will provide replacements for eligible products damaged in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and you must email us within 72 hours of receiving your package at email@example.com with a photo, description of the faulty product, and the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon review of the photo and description, a replacement will be mailed to the address on file. If you would like to change the address on file, please email us requesting to do so.
All sales are final, but a refund will be issued to the original payment method if a replacement is not available for your product damaged in transit.
