Our Bands

Do bracelets come in different sizes?
Our bracelets are adjustable and one size fits all. 
Are the bracelets waterproof?
These bands can handle some water, but to maximize the life of the bracelets, we do not suggest getting them wet. We cannot replace water damaged bracelets.
Do you restock sold out bracelets?
We are constantly adding new styles to our store. Once a bracelet sells out, it will not be available for order until restocked.
What comes with my order?
Your order comes with the selected bracelet and a membership to the Band Together Club. As a member you will receive our newest band each month.

Ordering and Payment

How can I pay?
Currently, we accept all major credit/debit cards. You also have the option to checkout using PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, our team has already begun the packaging and shipping process. We do not allow orders to be cancelled.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email after your purchase, you must have entered your email incorrectly at checkout or the email is in your spam folder. Please contact us to correct the mistake because your confirmation email contains important information such as your order number.
How can I apply a discount code?
During checkout, you will be provided the option to enter your discount code. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Please make sure to enter the code before you check out because discounts cannot be applied after the purchase is made.
What currencies do you accept?
Currently, we only accept USD. In the future, we hope to accept a large variety of currencies.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing can take anywhere from 5-7 days. After this period, expect your order to arrive in 2-6 weeks, depending on your location.
What do I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong address. We will try our best to correct the mistake before the package is shipped.
Can I track my order?
We provide tracking on all orders. However, tracking will not be available right after the purchase is made. There is a 5-7 day processing period before the product is shipped.
What do I do if my bracelet arrived damaged?
Send us an email with pictures of the broken bracelet and we will replace it at no extra cost. You have 72 hours after tracking says your package has arrived to report the broken bracelet.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship all of our bracelets for free.


How often will I receive a bracelet?
We will ship you one of our newest style bracelets each month.
How much does the subscription cost?
For new subscribers, the first month is discounted. After that, the subscription will renew at $29.99 per month.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. There is no commitment when subscribing. The easiest way to cancel is to find the Manage Subscriptions link from your order confirmation email. Otherwise, you can click here to have the link resent.
Do I need an account to have a subscription?
We try to make the subscription process as easy as possible and do not require customers to have an account.
Can I choose which bracelet I receive each month?
We send you the newest style of bracelet each month, but you always choose the first bracelet you receive.
Can I purchase subscriptions months in advance?
At this time, we only have the option to be billed once per month. In the future, we wish to add the option to purchase 3, 6, or 12 months all at once to make gift ordering easier.
